Terms & Conditions
1. Ultimate Pass holders are entitled to unlimited entries (single entry per day) to both Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World of Tambun – pass MUST be presented in person at ticketing counter in order to gain admission into the parks.
2. Access to Sunway Lagoon is limited to 10.00 am to 5.30 pm daily.
3. Access to Sunway Lost World of Tambun Theme Park is as below:
Mon-Fri: 11:00am till 6:00pm
Weekends, School and Public Holidays: 10:00 am till 6:00 pm
Closed on Tuesday, except on Malaysian school & public holidays.
4. Access to Lost World Hot Springs & Spa by Night is from 6:00 pm till 10:30 pm.
5. Ultimate Pass holders entitled access to all parks at both Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World of Tambun. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities.
6. Ultimate Pass holders MUST present original MyKad, MyKid, iPass, iKad, Multiple Entry Visa/ Single Entry Visa for verification purposes during entry.
7. Ultimate Pass is STRICTLY not transferable and non-refundable in any part or whole. It can only be used by the signatory.
8. No cancellation will be allowed upon confirmation of purchase.
9. Ultimate Pass is NOT applicable for travel agents and tour services. Only for personal use.
10. Lost card(s) will be replaced at the fee of RM100.00 per card.
11. No entry will be allowed if the physical card is not produced for admission.
12. The registration process will take SEVEN (7) working days from the date of email received on the details.
13. Sunway Theme Parks Management has the right to check and refuse admission and confiscate the card if used by a different person other than the registered holder.
14. Ultimate Pass will be considered void if terms and conditions are breached.
15. Sunway Theme Parks reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete or add to the stated terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
16. Collection of the card can be done daily from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. e.g.: If the transaction date is on 1st August 2017, thus Pass will be ready for collection from 9th August 2017.
17. An authorization letter and a photocopy of Identification document are to be presented at the admission counter if the collection is done on behalf.
